Our association supports the work of the Bamboo Foundation Gambia with a clear goal: to strengthen sustainable solutions that create new opportunities for people locally while contributing to environmental protection.

And this is about more than The Gambia. Plastic waste, microplastics, the depletion of natural resources and the consequences of pollution do not stop at national borders.

By supporting bamboo, we are helping to develop a renewable resource that can create new economic opportunities over time while offering practical alternatives to selected conventional materials and plastic products.

Together, we support practical solutions in The Gambia — for people, nature and an environment that knows no borders.

There are many ways to help — whether through a donation, professional expertise, valuable connections or long-term partnership.

  • Make a One-Time Donation – support current projects such as bamboo seedlings, irrigation, tools or infrastructure.
  • Donate Regularly – monthly or annual contributions provide greater stability and help us plan ahead.
